We aim to ship out goods to UK destinations within 28 working days of receiving the order.

If goods are unavailable within this time-scale you will be contacted with a likely delivery time.

If the revised timescale is not acceptable, you may cancel your order with a full refund.

In any event we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

If you are not available for delivery of your order, after the second delivery attempt the parcel will be returned to ourselves and re delivery charges will apply.


Personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with any customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold cannot be refunded.  Please check your order carefully prior to payment.

 Item’s must be returned in same condition as received unless photo evidence of damage is provided. We will inspect and notify you of whether your return is successful.
